Boat Launch Access

The Boat Launches are private property for the use and enjoyment of Yaupon Cove property owners.  To help maintain the areas and to ensure access for residents a “permit” system was implemented several years ago to identify residents vs. public usage.  According to our Deed Restrictions, only Property Owners in good standing are allowed access and usage of Community Property: 2017 Restated And Amended Deed Restrictions And Covenants Of Yaupon Cove Property Owners' Association. Inc. MHS & SFHS, Section 43.

On Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm the YCPOA Board will distribute new hang tags to property owners in good standing.  The distribution will take place at 1392 Yaupon Cove, Maintenance Shop Community Room.

A second distribution will take place on Saturday, April 20th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.  After the YCPOA Board Meeting.

Items to Note:

• Two blue hang tags will be distributed to each property account holder regardless the number of lots within the account. 
  • These hang tags can be used on any vehicle used by the property owner to access the boat launches.
• One blue hang tag and 1 one sticker will be distributed to property owners wishing to use a Golf Cart, ATV or other such vehicles.
• Two Red Hang tags will be distributed to Property owners for use by lessors/renters as long as the following conditions are met:
  • Leasor/renter is registered with the Community, see Rental Notification Form | Yaupon Cove POA (communitysite.com)
  • Property Owner is in good standing with the Association
  • Leasor may pick up the hang tags during distribution, with a signed letter from the Property Owner and the two conditions above are met.
