Welcome Home to Yaupon Cove

Welcome to the Yaupon Cove Property Owners Association community website.

Yaupon Cove is more than just a neighborhood. It is a lakeside community made up of families, retirees, weekenders, veterans, longtime residents, and newcomers who all share one thing in common: pride in where we live. Our goal is to help maintain a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment for everyone who calls Yaupon Cove home.

The Yaupon Cove POA Board believes in transparency, communication, and community participation. All property owners and their designated representatives are encouraged to attend open board meetings, share ideas, voice concerns, and help shape the future of our neighborhood.

Monthly open meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM at the Yaupon Cove POA Building.

We encourage you to stay involved, meet your neighbors, and help us continue building a stronger community together.

Thank you for being part of Yaupon Cove.

Sincerely,
The Yaupon Cove POA Board

Important Yaupon Cove Deed Restriction Reminders

To help protect property values and maintain a safe and enjoyable community for everyone, residents are reminded of the following important deed restrictions and neighborhood expectations:

  • Keep lots maintained and free of excessive trash, debris, and overgrown vegetation.
  • Do not place junk vehicles, abandoned vehicles, or inoperable vehicles on lots or roadways.
  • Structures, additions, sheds, fences, and major exterior changes require Architectural Committee approval before construction begins.
  • RVs, campers, boats, and trailers should be stored appropriately and not create safety or visibility hazards.
  • Please observe all speed limits and drive cautiously throughout the neighborhood. Children, pets, walkers, and golf carts are common in the area.
  • Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior should be avoided out of respect for neighbors.
  • Pets should be properly controlled and not allowed to roam freely.
  • Burning of trash or unsafe materials is prohibited.
  • Lots are intended for residential use in accordance with subdivision restrictions.
  • Property owners are responsible for ensuring tenants and guests comply with community restrictions.
  • Annual maintenance fees are due as established by the Association. Failure to pay assessments may result in loss of access to parks and boating facilities and may lead to collection actions.
  • Community recreational areas and common facilities are to be used respectfully and responsibly by all residents.

For complete deed restrictions and governing documents, please review the official Yaupon Cove POA bylaws and deed restrictions.
