2016 Supplemented and Amended Bylaws of Yaupon Cove Property Owners Association, Inc.

Article 7 – Board of Directors

Management of Association. The business and affairs of the Association shall be managed by its Board of Directors which may exercise all such powers of the Association and do all such lawful acts and things as are allowed by statute, the Articles of Incorporation, these Bylaws, or the Restriction directed or required to be exercised or done by the Members.

The eight Board Members listed below are the only YC POA Board Members and no other residents should be representing themselves as Board Members to other residents for any reason. Please report misrepresentations to the YC POA Board at [email protected].
